Tarikhaneh Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Iran, dating back to the first Islamic era concurrent with the Sassanid Empire in the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th centuries AD. The mosque is located in the city of Damghan, Semnan province. It was registered on Iran s National Heritage List on January 6, 1932. (IRNA Photos/Ali Abak)
