After years behind the bars in the Israeli occupation prisons, tens of Palestinians who were serving life sentences were freed under a prisoner swap between Israel and Hamas. The swap comes as the Israelis after two years of genocidal war have failed to free their prisoners held by Hamas since October 7 and had no choice but to negotiate a deal with the resistance movement.
